The other is to install the welding coil directly on the welding gun. Both of them are suitable for thin wire semi-automatic GMAW. The diameter of welding wire is less than or equal to 0.8mm, and the wire feeding is stable.
There is also a push-pull wire feeding mode, which is also used in the welding robot wire feeding system. In this wire feeding system, there are both push wire machine and wire drawing machine, in which push wire is the main power, and wire drawing is to straighten the welding wire. Although its wire feeding hose can be lengthened to 10m, it is not widely used in practice due to its complex structure.
